Returns & Refunds Policy

All wholesale purchases made through Swift Distribution are final. Returns or refunds are not accepted except in cases of confirmed errors or defects.

Returns are only accepted if the item received is incorrect or defective. Claims must be submitted within a specified timeframe after delivery.

To request a return or refund, customers must contact Swift Distribution with order details and supporting evidence before any return is authorized.

Authorized returns must be unused, unworn, and in original condition. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination. Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any issues.
